To address this need, we designed the cost control mechanisms module—an integrated feature within the aprendiz dashboard that offers a transparent, analytics-driven view of platform usage. In modern academic management, artificial intelligence has become a key ally for personalizing learning and supporting students. Additionally, each institution can set custom usage limits based on their contract and request extensions when needed—preventing unnecessary expenses.
