Cost control mechanisms and usage limits in aprendiz: transparency and efficiency in educational AI

To address this need, we designed the cost control mechanisms module—an integrated feature within the aprendiz dashboard that offers a transparent, analytics-driven view of platform usage. • Review monthly reports that provide an accurate snapshot of platform usage alongside academic outcomes.

Additionally, each institution can set custom usage limits based on their contract and request extensions when needed—preventing unnecessary expenses.

Each chart highlights essential metrics, with comparisons and trends that reveal usage variations and help anticipate decisions. Indicators are displayed clearly, avoiding visual clutter and emphasizing what truly matters: turning activity data into actionable insights.
